Background
I started at a small agency: small clients, small budgets, every decision with real consequences. That environment teaches something that large organizations rarely do. When resources are tight, clarity about the problem is not optional. Either you understand exactly what you are solving, or you waste money you do not have.
From there, I moved to WPP, working with brands like Google, Leroy Merlin, Decathlon, Sage, and Mapfre. Then to Terra / Telefonica. Each context different: the clients, the scale, the markets. The core question always the same: what is the real problem here, and what would actually solve it.
Later came Zenvia, where I led growth marketing through multiple acquisitions, international expansion, and the company's Nasdaq IPO. Working across Brazil, Spain, Portugal, and EMEA, building programs, then scaling them, then watching them hold under real pressure.
